14-day money-back guarantee. If Orbit isn't for you, you get your money back — same window as the free trial, so between the two you have plenty of time to decide.

How to get a refund

• Email support@visionz.ai within 14 days of purchase.
• Include the email address you bought with, or your Paddle order number (it's in your receipt).
• That's it. You don't have to give a reason — though if something didn't work, saying so helps make Orbit better.

How it's processed

Purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are too: the money goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Write anyway and explain what happened. We're a small operation, not a policy machine.
