Terms of use
Last updated: August 16, 2026 · Draft
These terms cover Orbit, a macOS app made by Visionz. They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Buying or using Orbit means you accept them.
Who is selling
Purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record and payment processor: your purchase transaction is with Paddle, under Paddle's buyer terms. The software itself, and these terms for using it, come from Visionz.
The license
A license is $19, paid once. It is personal: install and use Orbit on the Macs you personally use. If a team wants Orbit, each person needs their own license. Don't redistribute the app, share or resell license keys, or work around the license check.
The trial
The 14-day trial is the full app. When it ends, Orbit stops switching windows until a license key is entered. No card required to try it.
Updates
Bug fixes and improvements are included with your license. If a major paid upgrade ever exists, it will be optional and the version you bought keeps working.
No warranty
Orbit is provided as-is. We work to keep it fast and stable, but we can't promise it is bug-free or fit for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visionz is not liable for damages arising from using (or being unable to use) Orbit. Nothing here limits rights that your local law says can't be limited.
Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee, no interrogation. Details on the refunds page.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version appears here with an updated date. Changes apply going forward, not retroactively.
